Day wise travel itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Ljubljana
Welcome to Ljubljana, the charming capital of Slovenia. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities.

Day 2: Lake Bled, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle

After breakfast, check out and travel by bus to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.

Day 4: Zagreb City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Zagreb.

Day 5: Zagreb – Plitvice Lakes
After breakfast, check out and travel by bus to Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of Croatia’s most spectacular natural attractions.

Day 6: Plitvice Lakes – Split
