Day wise travel itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Munich

Arrive in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, known for its rich history, impressive architecture, museums, and vibrant atmosphere. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

In the evening, proceed for a visit to the BMW Museum, where you can explore the fascinating history and development of BMW automobiles and motorcycles.

Day 2: Munich – Neuschwanstein Castle – Munich

After breakfast, set out on a day excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle, one of Germany’s most famous landmarks. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this fairytale-like castle is renowned for its striking towers, turrets, and romantic architecture.

Take some time to admire the spectacular views and explore the castle surroundings before returning to Munich.

Day 3: Munich – Salzburg

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Salzburg, Austria.

On arrival, check in to your hotel and later proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Salzburg. Explore highlights including Mirabell Gardens, Mozart’s House, and Salzburg’s historic Old Town.

Salzburg is also closely associated with The Sound of Music, and you will come across several locations connected with the famous movie.

If time permits, enjoy some free time to explore the city or shop for souvenirs.

Day 4: Salzburg – St. Gilgen – Five Fingers – Salzburg

After breakfast, depart for the picturesque lakeside town of St. Gilgen, located on the shores of Lake Wolfgang.

Enjoy the beautiful Alpine scenery and some leisure time around Lake Wolfgang. You may also choose to take an optional boat ride on the lake, subject to availability and weather conditions.

Continue your journey to Five Fingers, a spectacular viewing platform located on Mount Krippenstein in the Dachstein Mountains. The platform gets its name from its unique shape, resembling an open hand, and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Later, return to Salzburg.

Day 5: Salzburg – Kitzsteinhorn – Zell am See – Salzburg

After breakfast, head towards Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, a spectacular mountain destination offering stunning Alpine views and attractions throughout the year.

Take the cable car towards the summit and enjoy the impressive mountain scenery. At around 3,000 metres above sea level, the Top of Salzburg viewing platform provides magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and glacier landscape.

Depending on the season, you may also enjoy walking trails, snow activities, and other attractions in the area.

Later, continue to Zell am See, a charming Austrian town situated beside the beautiful Lake Zell. Spend some time enjoying the scenic surroundings before driving back to Salzburg.

Day 6: Salzburg – Vienna via Vienna Woods

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Vienna.

En route, explore the beautiful Vienna Woods, a picturesque forested region surrounding parts of Vienna. The area is known for its scenic landscapes, walking trails, vineyards, and charming towns.

Enjoy the views from the Kahlenberg, which offers a panoramic outlook over Vienna and the Danube River.

Continue your drive to Vienna, the capital and largest city of Austria. Famous for its imperial heritage, grand architecture, classical music, museums, elegant cafés, and traditional wine taverns, Vienna offers a wonderful blend of history and culture.

On arrival, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city at your own pace.

Day 7: Vienna City Tour & Schönbrunn Palace

After breakfast, proceed to Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburg imperial family and one of Vienna’s most impressive Baroque landmarks.

Later, continue with a guided city tour of Vienna. Drive along the famous Ringstrasse and see some of the city’s important landmarks, including the Vienna State Opera, Parliament Building, and other historic sights.

Enjoy some free time for shopping or exploring the city, subject to the available time.

Return to the hotel and relax.

Day 8: Vienna – Budapest

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and travel to Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

On arrival, check in to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for leisure and relaxation.

In the evening, enjoy a Budapest River Cruise and admire the city’s beautiful landmarks illuminated along the Danube River.

Day 9: Budapest City Tour

After breakfast, make your own way to the designated meeting point for a Budapest city tour, including an exterior visit to the impressive Hungarian Parliament Building.

The remainder of the day is at leisure. You may choose to relax or explore more of Budapest on your own.

For those interested in relaxation, an optional visit to the famous Széchenyi Thermal Baths can be arranged.

Day 10: Budapest – Bratislava – Prague

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Prague, with a stop in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.

On arrival, enjoy a walking tour of Bratislava. Explore Hviezdoslav Square, admire the historic Opera House and Reduta Building, and see some of the city’s famous statues, including the well-known “Man at Work.”

Continue towards the Main Square, where you can see the Roland Fountain and learn about the city’s history, legends, and royal coronation traditions.

Later, continue your journey to Prague, often known as the “City of a Hundred Spires.” Set along the Vltava River, Prague is renowned for its historic architecture, charming streets, bridges, and picturesque cityscape.

On arrival, check in to your hotel.

Day 11: Prague City & Castle Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Prague.

Begin with Prague Castle and the magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral, located in the historic Castle District. Explore the castle complex and learn about its importance in Czech history. Prague Castle has long been a significant political and historical centre of the country.

Continue towards Lesser Town and cross the famous Charles Bridge. Explore the historic Old Town and see the renowned Astronomical Clock.

The tour will also cover the Jewish Quarter and offer views of the Vltava River.

If time permits, enjoy some free time in the city centre before returning to your hotel.

Day 12: Prague – Karlovy Vary or Český Krumlov – Prague

After breakfast, enjoy a free day or choose one of two optional excursions.

Option 1 – Karlovy Vary:
Visit the elegant spa town of Karlovy Vary, famous for its natural thermal springs, beautiful architecture, and relaxing atmosphere.

Option 2 – Český Krumlov:
Explore the charming UNESCO-listed town of Český Krumlov in South Bohemia. The town is known for its medieval character, winding streets, picturesque buildings, and impressive castle overlooking the Vltava River.

Later, return to Prague.

Spend some leisure time around Wenceslas Square, one of Prague’s most popular city-centre areas, before returning to your hotel.
